My business runs on a connected set of tools. That includes my CRM (Haunt), my property search and listing engine (PRE), and AI-assisted calling, texting, and home search features. These tools help me follow up quickly and match you with the right properties, and the information you share may flow through them for those purposes.
By submitting your contact information, you agree to receive phone calls, emails, and text messages from me, including those sent with automated technology. You can opt out anytime by unsubscribing or replying STOP to any text.
3. Mobile / SMS Data and Consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

I use a few digital tools to understand how people use my site:
